The Riverside Apartments are all tastefully furnished with contemporary bedroom, lounge and dining furniture. New air conditioning systems have recently been installed in each apartment. They all have cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, and extra linen. There is a separate laundry facility. Off street parking is available.

All our Christchurch apartments are priced at NZ$495.00 per week. Price includes power, Sky, wireless internet and local telephone calls. Please enquire about discounts for long stays.

Upstairs apartments:

  • 1 master bedroom with queen bed
  • 1 small bedroom with one single bed
  • All bedding and linen supplied

Downstairs apartments:

  • 1 master bedroom with queen bed
  • 1 convertible sofa bed in living room
  • All bedding and linen supplied

Bathroom:

The upstairs bathrooms have a shower, claw bath and separate toilet. The downstairs bathrooms have a shower, spa bath and toilet. Bathroom linen supplied.

Living areas:

Comfortable open-plan living with breakfast bar and bar stools. Also separate dining area in each apartment, seating 4-6 people. SKY TV and CD/radio stereo. Wireless internet, office desk.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils.

Outdoors:

Enclosed, sheltered, sunny garden with barbecue area and separate laundry facilities. The downstairs apartments have french doors opening out into the garden. Off street parking and small garage available for storage.
